This week in math we explored skip counting with the numbers 2-10. We used a hundreds chart to plot the numbers we land on when counting by each number. After plotting about half of the hundreds chart, we stopped counting and tried to see if we could uncover a pattern that would help us find the rest of the numbers we'd land on when skip counting. Through this activity, we leaned about place value (ones and tens), digits, patterns, and even and odd numbers! Here is the start of some skip counting with the hundreds chart. Can you fill in the rest using a pattern you see in the coloring of the numbers and then skip count?
